• Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac rehab patients according to our clinical protocols. • Take pride in delivering high quality care for patients going through our cardiac rehab program and our clinical studies. • Wear many hats: anything from providing education during our Lifestyle Classes to responding to patients’ technical issues. • Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model. • Provide support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation. • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients. • Actively engage in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach, serving as a primary catalyst for healing and patient connection. • Maintain a basic understanding of all four program element guidelines to support holistic, multi-directional patient education. • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients. • Lifestyle CEP Element Responsibilities: Lifestyle CEPs will be competent in teaching one or more elements of ICR after going through Carda Health’s training to become certified Ornish Lifestyle Medicine providers.
• Play a key role within the Pathway to identify, recruit, and develop new athletes • Work with partners including local clubs, London Youth Rowing, and the London Regatta Centre • Drive performance of athletes towards future GB representation and Olympic success
• Manage a caseload of learners with high-quality coaching, mentoring, and teaching • Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions and workshops to make data concepts accessible and practical • Support learners in developing core data skills, data analysis, and using data tools • Guide learners through programme milestones, ensuring progress and compliance • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learner experiences and outcomes
