Performance Development Coach
British Rowing
• Play a key role within the Pathway to identify, recruit, and develop new athletes • Work with partners including local clubs, London Youth Rowing, and the London Regatta Centre • Drive performance of athletes towards future GB representation and Olympic success
Job Requirements
- Experience and personal qualities to develop a high-performance rowing environment
- Flexible in regards to working hours
- Ambitious and can work as part of a team
- Ability to identify and work with individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to reach the very top of the sport

• Delivering specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance • Manage the learning process and focus on students’ individual needs • Monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system • Work closely with students and parents/learning coaches
Learning Coach – Tutor
EPATTDedicated to changing the trajectory of local youth through academic support, parent coaching and tennis instruction.
• Provide 1:1 academic support to students in grades K–12 using EPATT’s curriculum. • Subjects include Reading, Math, Science, or SAT Prep.
