Role Description We are seeking an innovative and energetic individual to join our UK tutoring team as an Online Academic Tutor (Primary & Secondary, KS1-KS4). Your Role: - Online lessons for primary and secondary students (KS1–KS4) - Support students in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. - Prepare simple, structured lesson plans to improve academic performance. - Help students build confidence and strengthen their understanding. - Adapt teaching methods to each student’s needs and level. • Provide technology to enable capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data • Execute current and future digital strategies to grow digital solution adoption by customers • Responsible for customer onboardings, performing workflow analysis and optimization • Conduct customer training and provide application support • Support the sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations and product demos • Lead customer meetings and train services in clinical settings • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from Sales handoff through production deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support. • Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects across Bamboo Health's product portfolio, including SaaS applications, statewide initiatives, EHR integrations, analytics solutions, and emerging products within our Care Coordination, Behavioral Health and Controlled Substance product suite. • Develop comprehensive implementation strategies, project plans, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and communication plans that align customer objectives with business goals. • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, executive sponsors, state partners, healthcare organizations, and technical stakeholders. • Facilitate project governance, including executive steering committees, status meetings, risk management, issue resolution, and decision tracking. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Engineering, Product Management, Account Management Sales, Marketing, Support, Security, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery. • Partner with state agencies, healthcare organizations, EHR vendors, and technical teams to successfully implement complex integrations and workflows. • Drive customer adoption by helping organizations understand implementation strategies, operational workflows, and change management best practices. • Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and organizational challenges while proactively developing mitigation strategies. • Measure project health through defined success metrics and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. • Continuously improve implementation methodologies, documentation, templates, and operational processes to increase delivery efficiency and consistency. • Contribute product expertise and implementation feedback to Product Management to improve customer experience and product scalability. • Mentor Implementation Project Leads by sharing best practices, providing project guidance, and supporting onboarding and professional development.

• Serve as a key liaison between Leidos QTC Health Services’ RHRP leadership, the RHRP Program Office (PO), and Service Component (SC) points of contact. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships; facilitate effective communication; and coordinate activities across key stakeholders. • Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making, enhance program performance, and drive continuous improvement. • Attend RHRP PO and SC meetings to ensure the customer and RHRP leadership are kept abreast of concerns. • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues with the customer. • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
