Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-level or higher role
- Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with calendar management, booking of hotel and flights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
- Can handle confidential information.
