HCM Systems Consultant

• As an HCM Systems Consultant you will be the key point of contact for our clients, offering expert guidance on their Human Capital Management systems and technologies. • Collaborate with clients to understand their system needs, offer consultative support, and assist with configurations and enhancements to deliver a seamless client experience. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant, deeply understanding their HCM system related needs, and providing actionable solutions. • Partner with clients to assess their unique requirements and recommend the best HCM vendor that aligns with their organizational needs and goals. • Conduct consulting sessions independently and document with meeting minute summaries. • Lead the HCM vendor evaluation processes, including vendor demonstrations, feature comparisons, and consultation on contractual considerations. • Identify gaps in current HCM capabilities and recommend vendors or solutions that address these gaps effectively. • Collaborate with our clients’ and their chosen HCM vendor to facilitate and execute on a seamless data migration from legacy systems to the new HCM platform. • Design and configure the selected HCM system to align with the client’s HR processes and support their unique workforce management strategies. • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and vendor during post go-live for end-users, providing technical support and resolving issues. • Keep project plans up to date, including timelines, due-dates, and notes.

Job Requirements

  • Payroll processing experience, Benefit Experience, or proven ability to implement ancillary modules such as Onboarding, Talent, Performance is required.
  • Payroll implementation experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Qualifications - Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling. - Possess strong customer service and communication skills appropriate for a contact center environment. - Knowledge and understanding of military life, including the unique needs of service members and their families. - Ability to assess participant needs and determine appropriate service pathways. - Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling, documentation, and performance expectations. - Ability to pass a DoD Tier II suitability investigation within 30 days of hire.
