Role Description The Senior Business Consultant - Technical Lead (Student) will provide technical leadership, training, process improvement, and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area as well as provide technical and functional consulting/problem resolution for Jenzabar One clients. This position requires a solid understanding of the Professional Services’ processes and procedures, a solid understanding of Student Information Systems (particularly in Admissions, Registration, Advising, and Student Life), and a general understanding of higher education regulations, requirements and policies associated with key student-based offices. The area of expertise required is Student, though work is not limited to that specific module area. The Consultant must be proactive, self-starting, professional and able to do some travel. This position requires the ability to manage individual relationships and will also work in conjunction with all other levels of Business Consultants and Professional Services leadership.
