• Manage the monthly close process for several assigned entities, including standard financial statement reconciliations. • Provide meaningful analysis for subsidiary and corporate-level financial statements. • Review payroll changes collated by our financial operations team across multiple entities. • Support the Finance team on numerous projects, including the enhancements of our ERP system and the rollout of any new service lines. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, streamline workflows and controls, and continually identify opportunities for automation. • Maintain a comprehensive overview and record of accounting differences between US GAAP corporate reporting and local statutory accounting requirements. • Assist in the preparation of US GAAP and statutory financial reports, tracking and documenting bridging adjustments in collaboration with local service providers. • Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports, tax and other compliance filings required in collaboration with local service providers. • Assist other members of the Finance team on financial statement audits, providing clear reconciliation schedules from US GAAP trial balances to audited local statutory books. • Manage monthly intercompany accounting processes, ensuring cross-border transactions, recharges, and balances align perfectly across assigned international entities. • Perform routine intercompany balance sheet reconciliations, identifying variances and collaborating with global finance peers to resolve discrepancies prior to ledger closure.

• Oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance across accounting, payroll, treasury, tax, and accounts payable activities. • Lead month-end and year-end activities, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, audits, and statutory reporting. • Manage cash flow forecasting, payroll and tax compliance, VAT returns, and group reporting requirements. • Evaluate and develop the finance operating model, including assessing which activities should be managed internally or outsourced. • Oversee month-end and year-end accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group requirements. • Coordinate annual audits and review outsourced statutory accounts and corporation tax submissions prior to sign-off. • Manage outsourced payroll and pension providers, ensuring compliance with all HMRC reporting requirements. • Prepare and submit VAT returns, while coordinating outsourced VGEC and R&D tax credit claim processes. • Deliver monthly and quarterly group reporting requirements and support forecasting, budgeting, and wider financial planning activities.
