Role Description We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance across accounting, payroll, treasury, tax, and accounts payable activities. You will work closely with both the studio and group finance teams, managing outsourced providers and supporting the smooth running of all core finance processes. In this role, you will lead month-end and year-end activities, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, audits, and statutory reporting. You will also manage cash flow forecasting, payroll and tax compliance, VAT returns, and group reporting requirements, while supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the business. If you're passionate about crafting narrative that can further elevate the player's experience for our VR games, we'd love to hear from you! As a writer, you will be producing engaging storylines and characters while ensuring that they also align with the overall creative vision. You'll work closely with level and narrative designers, animators and artists, ensuring that the narrative tone and quality matches that of the gameplay. Working closely with the QA team and wider studio, you’ll contribute hands‑on scripting and technical support to help ensure builds are tested efficiently, pipelines remain stable, and testing infrastructure performs reliably.
