• Ejecutar el modelado detallado y la documentación precisa de flujos utilizando el estándar BPMN. • Diseñar y estructurar matrices de brechas, fichas técnicas y artefactos de soporte metodológico para los procesos. • Brindar soporte integral y técnico durante las fases de levantamiento de información operativa. • Realizar análisis cuantitativos/cualitativos y simulaciones base aplicadas a modelos de negocio simples.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia demostrable de 1+ año desempeñándose como analista de procesos (perfil Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional Junior).
  • Dominio indispensable del estándar de modelamiento BPMN y herramientas de diagramación digital.
  • Experiencia práctica en levantamiento estructurado de información y documentación detallada de procesos.
  • Conocimiento operativo en el diseño de matrices de brechas y mantenimiento del repositorio central de procesos.

This is a remote position available for candidates residing in PA, DE, MD, NJ, OH, FL, TX, and VA. The Remote Assistive Technology Support Analyst is a hybrid operations and technology role designed to support residential IDD homes through real-time remote assistance, onsite staff coaching/support, alert monitoring, and assistive technology support. This position serves as a remote resource for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and our Individuals, providing operational guidance, troubleshooting devices and systems, responding to alerts, and helping ensure continuity of care, safety, and service quality across assigned homes.
