Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in a compliance-related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of gambling products
- Regulatory Compliance experience with various European jurisdictions from a B2B provider perspective
- Deep understanding of best practices for compliance of RNG-driven and Live Casino games
- Strong knowledge of certification lifecycle, experience working with different laboratories (QUINEL, GLI, BMM, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
- Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert, as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
- Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports, and manage expectations
- Commercial mindset and business acumen
- Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
- Possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
