• Trainer relationships: act as the first point of contact for trainers, answer questions, and resolve issues. • Learner experience: manage learner inquiries, track progress, and flag any issues that require attention. • Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before they are distributed. • New trainer onboarding: support the onboarding process for incoming trainers. • Co-delivery: assist in delivering selected trainings after completing your ramp-up period.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student. Degrees in Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, or Education are natural fits, but we welcome applicants from any field who are eager to learn.

  • Comfortable working with tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about how AI is reshaping operations.
  • Maintain a calm, constructive tone in challenging situations.
  • View operations as a craft to be developed, not a temporary stopgap role.
