This role involves designing high-end, personalized travel and lifestyle experiences for discerning clients. Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences, goals, and budget Design customized luxury travel and experience proposals Research high-end accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and premium amenities Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and special requests Manage timelines, itineraries, and client communication Provide proactive, concierge-level customer service before, during, and after travel Maintain detailed records and ensure smooth execution of every experience

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
  • Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and communication tools
  • A service-first mindset with a passion for elevated client experiences
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or event coordination is a plus (not required)
