Omnichannel Systems Specialist – 12-month Contract
Satellite Office
• Support and manage the organization's eCommerce ecosystem. • Ensure seamless integration between online and in-store retail operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce experiences. • Own integrations end-to-end and enhance omnichannel customer experiences. • Participate in scenario-based interviews to assess technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. • Function as an omnichannel systems specialist bridging various systems.
Job Requirements
- eCommerce & Shopify
- Strong background supporting eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Experience with both Shopify Front-End and Back-End administration.
- Ability to liaise with Shopify vendors and external partners.
- Experience in website support, merchandising, and personalization initiatives.
- Systems & Integrations
- Understanding of API integrations without requiring hands-on coding skills.
- Knowledge of technical integrations related to search functionality and search pages.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and its application within eCommerce environments.
- Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and configuring system bugs.
- Product & Inventory Management
- Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Experience working with Product Inventory Management tools.
- Exposure to Point of Sale (POS) systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
- Ability to navigate and support omnichannel retail systems.
- Retail Operations
- Retail industry background with exposure to both online and in-store sales environments.
- Strong understanding of how eCommerce systems integrate with physical retail operations.
- Experience working with retail teams and managing requests through ticketing systems.
- Willingness to participate in product-specific training.
- Work Schedule
- Resource should be available to work outside regular business hours when required.
- Expected to support out-of-hours deployments during critical releases or high-priority activities.
