Job Description

Outpatient Therapist – LCSW

Iris Telehealth

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans • Provide short-term therapy services (12-week model) for patients of all ages • Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions • Deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case management • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience providing therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Active California LCSW license required
  • Availability for 30–32 hours per week during PST hours
  • Experience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions
  • Experience working with diverse populations; experience with immigrant populations preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

As the Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you are responsible for the provision of culturally informed, effective, quality mental health treatment to Counseling Program clients. Must be able to provide treatment services to clients in English and Spanish. You will work in an office in Eugene or Springfield working with clients in English and Spanish.
