Job Summary The Executive Director, Human Resources, serves as a team leader and senior HR Advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, helping translate business priorities into people strategies that drive organizational performance. This position partners with executive and operational leaders to address the workforce opportunities and challenges that are critical to delivering high-quality, accessible care. This role helps leaders align talent and organizational strategies with department objectives, providing expertise in workforce planning, employee experience, leadership development and capability building, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, change management, and culture. Leveraging workforce data and market insights, the Executive Director leads a team of other HR Advisors and HRBPs to anticipate emerging needs, develops innovative solutions to support growth and transformation, and serves as a trusted advisor on complex people and organizational issues and operates as a consultant and advisor, bringing enterprise perspective, business acumen, and innovative workforce solutions to advance organizational goals. This role will provide leadership and oversight for the Medical Group Team and client support for our Primary Care operations and Population Health teams, partnering with leaders who are reimagining how care is delivered, coordinated, and experienced across diverse communities. The position reports to the SVP, HR, Community, Specialty, Enterprise services.
