Experience Needed/Responsibilities - Own day-to-day marketing operations and keep marketing projects moving from planning through execution. - Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launch schedules to ensure deadlines are met. - Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, contractors, and other external partners to keep projects on track. - Organize and maintain creative assets, marketing files, and internal documentation. - Upload blog content and educational resources to support AI search optimization and organic visibility. - Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns. - Create and maintain automated email flows and customer nurture sequences. - Manage email marketing calendar and customer segmentation. - Monitor email campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions. - Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok. - Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) campaigns and manage relationships with creators and influencers. - Maintain an organized content library and track content performance metrics. - Research competitors, skincare industry trends, influencer opportunities, and emerging marketing strategies. - Support ecommerce operations by coordinating product launches, promotions, website updates, and FAQ maintenance. - Monitor the website for issues and coordinate fixes when necessary. - Manage the Faire wholesale storefront. - Process wholesale inquiries and coordinate retailer sample shipments. - Maintain retailer and wholesale partner databases. - Prepare wholesale sales materials and track follow-ups with boutiques, spas, and retail partners. - Lead preparation for the bi-weekly Customer Insights meeting. - Compile reports covering Shopify and Amazon reviews, customer support trends, sales performance, marketing performance, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. - Maintain a centralized database of customer feedback, objections, FAQs, product requests, marketing ideas, and retailer insights. - Provide executive support through calendar management, inbox management, meeting coordination, research, documentation, and occasional travel logistics. - Support strategic initiatives including wholesale expansion, customer segmentation, AI optimization, retail readiness, customer retention, conversion rate optimization, product launches, holiday campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Good to have - Highly organized with excellent project coordination skills. - Strong experience supporting marketing operations and campaign execution. - Experience with email marketing, automation, and audience segmentation. - Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and ability to build repeatable systems and processes. - Proactive, self-driven, and able to follow projects through to completion. - Strong research and analytical skills for customer insights and market research. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ecommerce experience, preferably with skincare or consumer products. - Wholesale or retail partnership experience. - Experience managing creator or influencer relationships. - Familiarity with AI search optimization (AIO) and content marketing. - Experience preparing reports and presenting customer insights. - Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
