Associate Director, Channel Activation & Optimization

• Orchestrate the activation of CenterWell's owned channels—social, email/automation, SMS, portal, and reputation management. • Translate strategic priorities from the Line of Business Digital Activation team into actionable channel plans, workflows, and continuous optimization programs. • Lead integrated channel activation, translating LOB digital strategies into coordinated communication plans across various channels. • Build and manage unified activation workflows, ensuring efficient processes for intake, prioritization, testing, and delivery. • Drive channel optimization, establishing goals, KPIs, testing programs, and continuous improvement frameworks. • Oversee campaign execution, including segmentation, targeting, timing, and performance enhancement. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate and strategically aligned. • Use insights to improve channel efficiency and streamline processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years in channel marketing, digital activation, or multi-channel communication leadership
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong understanding of digital channels—including social, email/automation, SMS, and reputation management—and their performance metrics
  • Prior experience managing social handles and reputation platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Business, listings management)
  • Demonstrated success in orchestrating multi-channel activation to support business goals
  • Experience driving channel optimization, testing agendas, and performance improvements
  • Proficiency with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing activation platforms
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
