• AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery across our hyperscale data center portfolio. • Reporting to and working alongside the Senior BIM Manager Lead, this role implements and enforces, at the project level, the firmwide BIM standards, execution plans, and coordination workflows that the Senior BIM Manager Lead owns. • A central focus of the role is overseeing our U.S. BIM staff and global enterprise-capabilities (EC) partners and holding them accountable: monitoring their work against project standards, scope, and schedule, driving timely correction of deficiencies, and stepping in on the occasion project deliverables are in jeopardy of missing a deadline. • This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, with a hybrid option available for those near an AECOM office. • Periodic travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business-critical activities.

• Oversee the entire entity data lifecycle throughout the implementation process • Lead data validation, migration, system configuration, and third-party integrations • Proactively audit and analyze data to identify and resolve any errors • Act as the main point of contact for third-party partners • Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met

• Work on multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, software engineers, data scientists and business subject matter experts to deliver complex projects on time and within budgets. • Translate ambiguous and complex business problems into project charters clearly identifying technical risks and project scope. • Take ownership for the entire data science workflow that includes a well-defined, complex project scope, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment and monitoring. • Continuously seek out best practices and develop skills. • Create scalable structures to accelerate deployment to multiple facilities. • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute financial data cleanup tasks for a streamlined consolidation transition. • Proactively audit and analyze financial data to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies and issues that could hinder the consolidation process. • Oversee the transfer of all financial data, ensuring timely and accurate migration to meet consolidation deadlines. • Drive the financial data validation process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. • Manage the accounting configuration for the target database, with a focus on maintaining data integrity. • Complete all post-cutover accounting tasks, including final financial reconciliation and closeout. • Oversee the financial configuration of the target database, ensuring accuracy and integrity. • Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate non-standard policies and exercise independent judgment to drive integration and ensure alignment with consolidation goals. • Provide support where needed to ensure the consolidation process runs smoothly and efficiently. • Maintain consolidation-related spreadsheets, documents, and data, ensuring they are up to date and accessible for the team. • Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met within the designated time frame, maintaining progress and addressing any roadblocks.
