• Join client engineering teams as an embedded software engineer. • Deliver production-quality software alongside client developers. • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining engineering quality. • Build and customise AI agents that improve engineering workflows and software delivery. • Introduce practical AI-enabled development practices through everyday collaboration with engineering teams. • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering work and improve development efficiency. • Share successful engineering patterns across client engagements and contribute directly to the ongoing evolution of PIPE44. • Work closely with AI Solutions Architects to ensure technical delivery supports each client's broader AI transformation objectives.

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives. • Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows. • Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs. • Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.

• Manages and administers on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure services • Develops scripts and code to deliver solutions • Leads the design, setup and maintenance of a continuous infrastructure integration stack • Oversees, orchestrates and automates deployment of solutions hosted on both cloud services and on-premise infrastructure
