Systems Engineer Raleigh, NC Full Time Retail Experienced Role: Systems Engineer Type: FT Location: Raleigh, NC Hybrid Job Description: We are looking for a candidate to help the OSI Digital Retail group utilize retail devices for Point of Sale (printer, cash drawer, scanner, payment terminals on mobile devices, tablets, desktops) You will work in a team focused environment with team members in the Raleigh North Carolina office and other remote locations in Hyderabad India, Ireland, Dallas, and San Diego. • Act as the primary authority on AI identity security, providing guidance to executive leadership and engineering teams. • Drive strategy across cybersecurity, cloud platforms, GRC, legal, and business units. • Represent the organization in external forums, industry working groups, and vendor discussions regarding AI security standards. • Define the long-term IAM architecture for AI systems and agents in cloud and hybrid environments, establishing reusable patterns and reference designs. • Oversee the full lifecycle for AI agents, from initial onboarding and cryptographic identity assignment to decommissioning. • Maintain an unbroken chain of human ownership and traceability for all autonomous agents. • Architect and enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP), Just-in Time (JIT), and Just-Enough-Access (JEA) patterns for AI workloads. • Partner with GRC and privacy teams to ensure AI agent governance meets rigorous regulatory requirements.

• Assist with the day-to-day administration and support of the enterprise FP&A platform. • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes by maintaining planning models and validating data. • Assist in maintaining Workforce Planning models, including headcount planning, compensation planning, employee allocations, organizational hierarchies, and position management. • Support Financial Consolidations by assisting with entity maintenance, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation processes. • Maintain financial reports, dashboards, ad hoc reports, and reporting packages for Finance and business users. • Perform routine maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, attributes, and security. • Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, reporting issues, and system errors while escalating complex issues as needed. • Assist with data reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy across planning and source systems. • Support month-end, quarter-end, forecast, and annual planning cycles by performing system validation and testing activities. • Gather business requirements and assist in documenting functional specifications for enhancements and process improvements. • Participate in system testing for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality. • Maintain system documentation, process guides, business rules, and training materials. • Provide end-user support by responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with training. • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and implementation partners to resolve system issues and support ongoing enhancements. • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, and system efficiency. • Support change management, release validation, and production deployments. • Assist with SOX compliance activities by maintaining documentation and supporting periodic security and audit reviews. • Perform other system administration and Finance technology support duties as assigned.
