This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career. Qualifications - At least 7+ years of Change Management and Organizational Design experience (including at least 5 years of dedicated change management experience). - Change management certifications (e.g., ProSci, Kotter). - At least 3-5 years of external consulting experience with advanced relationship management at the C-Suite and executive level. - Google Cloud Digital Leader AND Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment. Requirements - Up to 25-50% travel to customer sites. Benefits - We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community. - Core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.
