Job Description

Dietitian

ClearSky Health

• Designs and implements therapeutic nutritional care plans for patients • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the nutritional aspects of patient care • Monitors and documents patient progress and consults with physicians as needed • Educates and provides guidance to staff, patients, and families regarding diet and food plans • Administers and advises dietary operations to ensure menus comply with prescribed nutritional plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutritional sciences, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, or a related area required
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Dietitian as applicable per state requirements
  • Two years directly related experience in hospital setting preferred
  • Knowledge of current patient diet, food and nutrition research, and safe food handling requirements
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills
