• Responsible for executing and monitoring the lifecycle management of records and data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance of information. • Act as the focal point for resolving complex issues and user queries (internal and external clients) related to registrations. • Receive daily client movements via email and/or system, following contractual rules, established procedures and policies, and meeting SLA deadlines. • Validate documentation and supporting information before entry to ensure the accuracy of data. • Changes and Maintenance - Process requests to change and update existing data. • Extend benefits to terminated employees and retirees. • Monitor and correct inconsistencies identified in records. • Enter additional and detailed information into the appropriate system fields. • Analyze and adjust information originating from the "registration reconciliation" and "billing reconciliations." • Ensure that all registration and maintenance activities comply with the general conditions and rules of carriers/insurers. • Support the creation and update of the department's procedural manuals. • Provide support to clients and internal teams on data and registration-related queries. • Responsible for managing deadlines, volumes, and quality of the department's activities; handle critical issues, maintain good team relationships, and ensure clear and transparent communication with the team. • Prepare the clients' operational book and validate information in Looker indicators. • Participate in meetings with the relationship team to present the operational book. • Interface with clients and carriers to resolve problems. • Support leadership in implementing improvements and automations. • Train and mentor Analysts I and II.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience with registration movements (additions, removals, etc.).
- Experience with the EB system is considered a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (sheets, presentations, forms, and documents).
- Data handling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Logical reasoning and analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
