We are seeking a full-time Content Manager to join our creative team. As Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for writing and managing copy across end-to-end projects, ensuring that every deliverable meets the brief, reflects our brand voice, and captures the full MAËLYS vibe. From concept through delivery - you’ll be crafting engaging, brand-aligned content across a range of platforms, including emails, product pages, social media posts, video scripts, landing pages, PR activations, UX/UI, and retail merchandising. Your words will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and maintaining a consistent, confident tone across all touchpoints. Your life at MAËLYS will look like… Developing engaging and persuasive copy for various channels that align with the brand voice and messaging guidelines. Collaborating with the creative team and cross-functional teams (social, design, product, CRM, PR) to ideate & generate copy that aligns with the overall brand strategy and guidelines. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. You will thrive in this role if you… Are a creative storyteller with flawless grammar and a sharp sense of tone, rhythm, and style. Have at least 4 years of previous experience writing copy for the aforementioned categories (Preference for e-commerce) Are passionate about brand voice and able to adapt it seamlessly across different formats and audiences. Can independently prioritize and manage projects end-to-end. Are highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability for delivering quality work in a timely manner Are a team player with a hunger to succeed Have excellent time management skills New York City based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office Base salary: 70,000 - 96,000 $ annually Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. • Own and evolve Openly’s product content strategy, ensuring insurance products are clearly, accurately, and compellingly represented across internal and external channels. • Translate complex P&C insurance concepts (coverage, underwriting, eligibility, etc.) into accessible, differentiated messaging for independent agents, consumers, policyholders, and internal teams. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop product narratives, positioning, and value propositions that support growth and adoption. • Lead content development for product launches and enhancements, ensuring messaging consistency and readiness across marketing, sales, and partner channels. • Establish and implement standards, templates, and governance practices for product content creation and organization to ensure consistent adoption across teams. • Create and manage core product content assets, including product overviews, coverage explainers, agent-facing collateral, FAQs, launch materials, and sales enablement resources. • Maintain and optimize product content across digital channels, including website, lifecycle communications, and internal knowledge bases. • Ensure all product content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory and legal requirements, partnering closely with internal reviewers. • Monitor and analyze product content performance and qualitative feedback from agents, partners, and internal teams to inform messaging decisions, guide prioritization, and continuously improve clarity, usability, and effectiveness across channels.
