Job Requirements
- B2B Prospecting Experience: Proven track record in inbound/outbound prospecting, preferably in a SaaS model.
- Results-Oriented: Consistent track record of meeting targets (appointments scheduled, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated).
- Sales Methodologies: Practical command of frameworks such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
- Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with the HubSpot CRM.
- Communication and Active Listening: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections strategically and consultatively.
- Essential Soft Skills: Organized to manage multiple workflows, resilient in handling rejection, proactive and autonomous in managing daily processes.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; familiarity with complementary data and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo); experience with prospecting tools (such as Sales Navigator); experience or knowledge of the Supply Chain, logistics, or industry-to-retail commercial relationships; interest in or familiarity with using AI tools to optimize productivity and daily processes.
