• Understand how client organisations operate and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value. • Lead discovery sessions and solution design activities with business stakeholders. • Design practical AI operating models aligned to each organisation's objectives and ways of working. • Configure AI agents, knowledge structures and governance within PIPE44. • Guide organisations through onboarding, implementation and long-term AI adoption. • Build trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders. • Measure AI adoption, solution quality and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Partner with Embedded AI Engineers to ensure successful implementation and delivery. • Help shape the evolution of PIPE44 by bringing real-world client challenges and successful delivery patterns back into the platform.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders, department leaders or executive teams.
- Strong practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and modern enterprise AI workflows.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled business solutions in production environments.
- Understanding of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with structured governance, accountability and delivery processes.
- Experience working in remote, client-facing environments is highly desirable.
- Strong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to.
- Business-fluent English (written and verbal).

• Lead the enterprise, integration, and API architecture for the implementation of the VeriChannel digital banking platform and VeriLink integration layer. • Conduct technical design reviews and lead Design Authority participation across multiple vendors and business units. • Produce and maintain comprehensive architecture, solution design, and security documentation. • Develop the future state roadmap and ensure alignment with Microsoft Azure cloud best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and third-party vendors in Agile delivery teams.
• Partner with product, marketing, specialist, technical sales, and customer success teams to ideate and develop new strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth • Collaborate with account teams to develop strategies that effectively position the Splunk portfolio, ensuring direct impact on customer success • Leverage AI-powered tools and generative methodologies to build, automate, and scale high-impact technical content assets, accelerating field enablement • Provide content provisioning automation for the demo platform • Develop compelling, external-facing presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Splunk’s portfolio • Lead internal webinars and training sessions to up-level the technical proficiency of account teams • Author technical blog posts for our external site, detailing recent engagements, innovations, or industry developments • Author code to build and maintain integrations with key Cloud-relevant technologies • Provide strategic guidance to product teams, proactively identifying issues and collaborating on solutions to improve product quality and direction • Develop and facilitate deep-dive, hands-on workshops that demonstrate the value of the Splunk Platform, helping to earn and maintain customer technical trust
