Software Architect – IT Solution Department

• Work with stakeholders and participate in solution discovery, initial design, and estimation • Design scalable and maintainable architectures aligned with business goals • Take ownership of key architectural decisions and ensure long-term sustainability • Evaluate alternatives and document the rationale behind key architectural decisions • Guide engineering teams and ensure implementation aligns with architectural vision • Ensure implementation stays aligned with the architecture throughout all project iterations • Design solutions involving integrations, automation, and data flows, including AI components where appropriate • Ensure that AI usage is practical, controlled, and aligned with system constraints • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability under growing load and complexity • Define measurable targets for quality attributes and track architecture fitness against them • Create reference implementations and support teams in solving complex technical challenges • Balance technical excellence with budget and schedule constraints, avoiding unnecessary over-engineering • Build consensus with engineering teams and communicate architectural decisions constructively • Ensure that solutions deliver measurable business value
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in software architecture and system design
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js
- Strong experience designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Deep understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, scalability, integrations, and risk management
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
- Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, AI-assisted development tools, and AI-related risks
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience guiding engineering teams and making architectural decisions
- Ability to work in environments with evolving or incomplete requirements
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
- WILL BE A PLUS: Experience designing AI-enabled enterprise solutions
- Experience with business process automation platforms
- Experience building complex integration ecosystems
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture approaches
- Experience defining architecture fitness functions and measurable quality metrics
