The same way we use our product to run our own marketing. • Track performance. Know what's working, cut what isn't. • Identify and build relationships with data and marketing influencers for the US market: YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices, and newsletter writers in our ICP space (digital marketers, marketing analysts, agencies, e-commerce). • Manage outreach and pipeline; coordinate collaboration formats (co-authored content, product features, social mentions). • Brief influencers properly so the content actually works for Windsor. • Work closely with our affiliate program manager to support Windsor's affiliate network: independent creators who promote Windsor to their own audiences with a personal discount code (30% lifetime revenue share, tracked via FirstPromoter). • Give affiliates what they need to create better content: scripts, briefs, demo recordings, creative assets. • Monitor affiliate and solutions partner content.
