As a Business Development Representative Intern, you'll play a vital role in generating meetings that convert to qualified opportunities to support early-stage pipeline growth. This program focuses on exposure to core prospecting and outreach techniques that engage buying group members and develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow. What you get to do in this role: - Build strong relationships and collaborate across Sales and Marketing teams in a dynamic, structured program - Engages current and future customers through phone, email, and social to connect with key contacts using approved messaging and defined qualification criteria - Drive outreach within target accounts - Identify and engage new buying group members, validate signals and intent, and create personalized experiences at scale to deliver high quality pipeline opportunities - Keep the right buying group members engaged across the opportunity by orchestrating meetings with customers and prospects for the Sales team - Leverage cutting-edge technology to unlock deeper relationships, accelerate momentum, and help close bigger deals - Gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions, learning how they solve real customer challenges - Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the Global Business Acceleration management team, Enablement team and Go-To-Market team(s) - Present a final project to leadership, showcasing your impact and learnings Qualifications To be successful in this role you should have: - Nice to have: fluency in one or more of the following languages: Nordic languages (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch), French, or Italian. - Enrolled as a full-time student and will graduate December 2026, or later - Eligible candidates must be a rising senior or equivalent level - Available to commit to a full-time 12-week internship program in the summer of 2026 and to work in a hybrid capacity. - High motivation, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback. - A resilient work ethic; reliable, confident, collaborative, driven, and coachable - Foundational knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings, or willingness to learn - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn and apply standard outreach and qualification practices - Interest in building customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and contributing to early-stage pipeline that drives company revenue - Willingness to learn AI-native tools and innovate on how they're used to enhance outreach, prioritization, and daily workflows - Willingness to fully participate in development simulations, in-person messaging activities, and meet defined performance expectations Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
