• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments • Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding D365 integration, configuration, and system design • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving D365 Finance & Operations, HRIS, and API integrations • Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success • Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations with a deep understanding of D365 integration and configuration options • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer D365 environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API • Be a subject matter expert across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs • Troubleshoot D365 integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support D365 integration use cases across a growing customer base • Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling D365 customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Business Central), including integration patterns and enterprise deployment models
  • Deep familiarity with D365 finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, financial dimensions, and legal entity structures
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps, influencing roadmap decisions that unlock scale across Ramp's largest customers
  • Advise on non-standard D365 implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability
  • Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership

Responsibilities - Data Masking – Non‑Production Environments (Delphix) - Architect and implement data masking and virtualization solutions to protect sensitive data in development, testing, and QA environments. - Lead the design of masking algorithms, rulesets, and policies for PII, PHI, PCI, and other regulated data types. - Configure and manage Delphix environments across multiple database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, etc.). - Integrate masking and data provisioning into CI/CD pipelines, enabling secure-by-design development workflows. - Conduct risk assessments of non‑production environments to identify residual data exposure and drive remediation. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize masking performance, data consistency, and operational reliability. - Stakeholder Engagement, Education & Enablement - Work closely with application owners, developers, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and testers to understand business workflows and data usage patterns. - Clearly explain why data must be masked or encrypted, how the controls reduce risk, and how they support regulatory and enterprise compliance. - Educate teams on how TLS and data masking technologies work, including limitations, tradeoffs, and best practices. - Influence adoption through collaboration rather than enforcement—balancing security, usability, and performance. - Serve as a trusted advisor during onboarding of new applications, platforms, and integrations. - Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Develop, maintain, and improve documentation, runbooks, standards, and technical guidance. - Support audits and regulatory inquiries with clear evidence of implementation and control effectiveness. - Automate monitoring, testing, and validation of encryption and masking controls where possible. - Stay current on emerging data protection threats, technologies, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements as needed. - Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and operational teams.
