Software Specialist
Perseus Group, Constellation Software
• Provide software support directly to our customers. • Provides first-level investigation to the customer and resolution for the Constellation Suite of Products. • Work closely with development documenting and communicating software related issues. • Accurate and timely tracking of all reported issues. • Meets all defined service levels for unresolved problems and reassigns the ticket to the appropriate internal/external team. • Applies technical aptitude in resolving client issues. • Advises the Customer Care Manager for sensitive Client situations. • Attends and participates in Team meetings. • Attends CHS product training, as required. • Makes recommendations to address problems, improve service, and provide improved support. • Develops frequently asked questions (FAQ) documentation.
Job Requirements
- College/ University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Customer Support Experience
- General Accounting/Costing knowledge
- Courses or Experience in Residential Construction, Commercial Construction or Property Management, Real Estate Management and/or IT fields.
- Proficient in MS Windows applications.
- Comfortable utilizing remote access utilities such as Remote Desktop, VPN.
- Superior analytical skills to resolve customer issues.
- Self-Managed and motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and set priorities managing conflicting demands.

• Lead the development and execution of robust program-specific clinical biomarker strategies to inform target engagement, pharmacodynamics, mechanism of action, and patient selection across early and late stage programs • Serve as precision medicine subject matter expert within product evidence generation teams to deliver precision medicine and translational medicine approaches to enable strategic alignment and delivery of high-quality biomarker datasets • Responsible for biomarker elements in clinical protocols, biomarker analysis plans, regulatory submissions, investigator meetings, advisory boards and publications • Lead and partner with biomarker technical sub-teams to plan all components of clinical biomarker strategy implementation including specialty vendor evaluations, biomarker budget and contract planning, biomarker and pharmacodynamic sample operations, biomarker data analysis plans, and cross-functional data sharing. • Interpret and communicate key clinical biomarker findings in an impactful way to cross functional and non-technical stakeholders, including Precision Medicine teams, product teams, R&D leadership, external scientific congresses, and lay audiences. • Establish and implement biomarker studies and collaborations with academic laboratories/KOLs
• Triage incoming calls from patients, clinicians, hospitals, and other sources • Intervene to address life-threatening medication interruptions • Guide patients, caregivers, and clinicians through assessment of potential disruptions in medication administration • Troubleshoot issues with infusion devices, answer infusion access questions, and provide therapy support • Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, pharmacists, nurses, hospital staff, and physicians • Ensure timely provision of products and supplies • Document transactions in patients’ electronic charts
