The Project Manager reporting to the Manager, Project Management plays an important role in Zaelab's Delivery team, supporting project execution from kickoff through launch. You'll help lead e-commerce implementations, coordinate with offshore development teams, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Success in this role means developing your ability to balance technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability. Your Key Responsibilities: - Support and lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients' needs. - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Work alongside an offshore development team participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities as needed. - Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and internal team members. - Maintain the tools and documentation required for Zaelab's implementation projects. - Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Build and manage relationships with clients and team members. - Collaborate within the Project Management team to continuously improve solutions and processes. - Strive to understand the technology systems and e-commerce industry that Zaelab supports.

• General project coordination across multiple projects that are in the construction phase within Rowan business model with a focus on detail and organization • Ability to support the project manager and project team in monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow reporting and projecting • Reviewing and managing project cost controls, including accounts receivable support and invoice processing • Drive organization into project team, assisting with master schedule and milestones • Work closely with Rowan development, project executive, PM’s, safety and quality assurance team members and support project insight meetings to the construction team

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services. • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle. • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes. • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution. • Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project. • Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, client representatives, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee the implementation of design intent, ensuring project execution aligns with specifications, contract documents, and quality standards. • Urgently manage the flow of technical documentation (including RFIs, submittals, and design deliverables), reviewing for cross-discipline completeness and constructability. • Drive project delivery to meet schedule and budget milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. • Lead the resolution of technical and site-specific issues, coordinating between design and construction partners to swiftly address unforeseen conditions or conflicts. • Conduct regular site observations and quality reviews to verify progress, identify deficiencies, and ensure reporting accuracy. • Lead and document project coordination meetings to drive decision-making and team alignment. • Manage the scope modification process, including the review and negotiation of Change Orders and contract adjustments. • Oversee the closeout process, ensuring the accurate maintenance of record documents and final deliverables.
