• provide Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) support services for enhancements and improvements to the client healthcare program • deliver centralized project management capabilities to oversee and strategically manage changes, risks, and issues across clients’ IT and non-IT project portfolios • enhance the maturity of project management practices across clients • ensure that standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks are applied uniformly across all client IT and non-IT projects • collaborate with client programs to streamline business processes and maximize returns on IT and non-IT investments • support compliance with the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) seven conditions and standards • strengthen the project portfolio management (PPM) framework at the enterprise level • lead the design and implementation of program-level project portfolio management structures • provide experienced project managers and business analysts to lead and support complex IT and non-IT projects • build and mature governance frameworks for both IT and non-IT projects
Job Requirements
- seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools
- four (4) years of experience as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects
- Bachelor's Degree
- valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
