Senior Training Specialist

Motorola Solutions

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services • Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations • Presenting training using a variety of classroom training methods; including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides. • Completing department required reports within set standards and deadlines • Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules • Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services • Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness • Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager

Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software preferred
  • 3+ years of technical training experience preferred
  • 3+ years of public safety experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with public safety products
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer & have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
