• Partner with internal stakeholders, customers, operations teams, account management, product management, and technology teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational efficiency • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, customer behaviors, operational issues, and optimization opportunities • Develop business metrics, performance indicators, and reporting frameworks to measure product performance and customer value realization • Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership, customers, and operational teams • Monitor optimization savings, adoption rates, operational exceptions, and automation performance • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and document outcomes • Support production rollouts, change management efforts, and operational readiness activities
Job Requirements
- Experience with repricing, ticket exchange automation, Air Price Assurance, or related travel technology products
- Knowledge of airline pricing, fares, ticketing, exchanges, schedule changes, and waiver processes
- Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport
- Experience working with NDC content and modern airline retailing initiatives
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other analytics tools
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and travel technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with product management and software development methodologies
