Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help power the systems behind our marketing organization. In this role, you’ll work across multiple departments to: - Build automations, improve workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our marketing data is accurate from click to conversion. - Connect our marketing platforms, reporting tools, and internal systems for more efficient operations and better decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies, and taking ownership with minimal direction. What You’ll Do - Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and other integration tools. - Build scalable systems, processes, and documentation to improve operational efficiency. - Manage and maintain marketing systems to ensure leads flow accurately across platforms and are properly attributed. - Configure and troubleshoot marketing technology, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, advertising platforms, APIs, and related systems. - Support conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels. - Build and maintain spreadsheets and reporting workflows to support accurate marketing data and operational reporting. - Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, validate information, and support data-driven decision making. - Troubleshoot scripts, integrations, and system issues to ensure marketing operations run smoothly. - Manage internal platforms by adding users, clients, permissions, and system resources as needed. - Partner with SEO, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements. - Provide reporting and actionable insights to leadership to support business decisions. - Research, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies that improve marketing operations. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related field. - Experience building and maintaining workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. - Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools. - Experience configuring and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. - Experience supporting conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar advertising platforms. - Experience working with APIs, integrations, and marketing systems. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Experience creating documentation, workflows, and scalable operational processes. - Professional proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and report on marketing or operational data. - Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms. - Experience managing CallRail or similar call tracking platforms. - Experience working with AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency. - Experience supporting marketing teams or digital marketing agencies. - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
