Role Description As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, with opportunities to support additional channels such as Google Ads and other paid social platforms. You’ll work closely with our Paid Advertising team to develop campaign concepts, identify target audiences, allocate budgets, monitor performance, and uncover optimization opportunities that drive results for our law firm clients. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into data, solving problems independently, and taking ownership of campaign success. Role Description We’re seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Marketing Project Manager to help drive efficiency, accountability, and scalability across our marketing organization. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as a key operational partner across the Paid advertising team. You will help coordinate campaign execution, maintain project visibility, improve internal processes, manage reporting workflows, and identify opportunities to increase team efficiency. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders remain aligned, and no details fall through the cracks. This role requires someone who is highly accountable, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning systems and processes from start to finish.
