Assistantly
• Own CRM and automation infrastructure, email marketing execution, and process documentation • Build, manage, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and workflows end-to-end • Clean, segment, and maintain CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking, tagging, and reporting • Build and launch email marketing campaigns from list segmentation and copy through automation sequencing and post-send performance reporting • Document workflows and standard operating procedures so systems are repeatable and transferable across the team • Monitor automation performance (open rates, pipeline movement, funnel drop-off) and proactively flag and fix breakdowns • Maintain organized project tracking via Monday.com, working to weekly agendas and delivering structured updates without requiring follow-up • Support LinkedIn presence with scheduling and light engagement to grow reach among architects, designers, contractors, and hospitality professionals • Assist in producing sales collateral (brochures, DFY sales guides, avatar-specific scripts) using Canva, maintaining brand consistency • Leverage AI tools to speed up content and copy production where needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM/automation platform, including workflow building and troubleshooting (must-have)
- Background working with B2B or technical trade businesses (construction, hardware, contracting, distribution, or similar) (must have)
- Demonstrated experience with CRM cleanup, data hygiene, and segmentation (must-have)
- Proven experience building and managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end (must-have)
- Experience creating clear process/workflow documentation (must-have)
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate operational and content work
- Comfort working independently against weekly deliverable agendas with proactive communication
- Experience with LinkedIn content or B2B sales enablement materials (nice-to-have)
- Background in luxury goods, interior design, or hospitality industries (nice-to-have)

As the Manager, Paid Search Operations, you will ensure the flawless execution and data integrity of large-scale campaigns across major search platforms, directly contributing to the growth of one of the largest card issuers in the United States.
