• Monitoring branch operations specific to market assigned • Ensuring financial, clinical operations and quality, service and sales initiatives adhere to government regulations • Developing strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets • Managing patient satisfaction data • Working closely with AVPO along with various cross functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field required
  • 3 years in Branch Director role generally required
  • 8 or more years of experience with multi-site healthcare operations preferred
  • Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems
