• Present a positive and professional demeanor to clients, health plan members, clinicians, and co-workers • Leverage multiple internal and external systems to facilitate member scheduling of appointments • Assist health plan members with coordinating a PCP connection following a health Assessment • Meet all quality, customer service, and productivity goals set by the department • Follow internal scripts and processes, track data as requested by Management • Handle additional tasks as requested by Management within expected timeframe • Support business needs by conducting manual outbound calls and handling inbound phone calls • Act as a subject matter expert for peer side-by-side coaching • Accept constructive feedback and respond appropriately • Ability to work overtime and on-call as requested

• Assignments are ongoing according to expertise and school needs. • Utilize professional expertise to provide high-quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum. • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees. • Provide feedback and ensure successful completion. • Be available within 48 hours to support learners’ academic success. • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies. • Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience. • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training as required.
