Job Requirements
- A master’s degree from an accredited Council on Social Work Education and a regionally accredited program is required.
- Doctorate from an accredited institution in social work or a closely related area preferred.
- Social Work graduate-level license required (including passing the ASWB exam).
- Three years of teaching experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years professional experience required for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level.
- Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level.
- Experience with scholarly writing and APA (7th edition) format required.

Role Description As a Lead BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing both project team guidance and training related to project-specific building information modeling (BIM) execution plans and BIM project workflow criteria. The Lead BIM Specialist works closely with project managers and others that involve project planning as required for each specific project. The Lead BIM Specialist plays a key role in the design process and will provide direction to other team members. - Facilitates BIM, planning strategies, daily work plans, and maintains accountability on assigned projects from inception through completion, in consultation with the project team and monitors quality of work product. - Functions as the production subject matter expert by maintaining a high user level of knowledge of Revit to support questions regarding both software use and electrical specific tasks. - Completes 2D and 3D drafting tasks to support electrical construction initiatives, utilizing Revit. - Supports and implements all BIM, prefab, technologies, and planning standards. Provides recommendations for changes to improve standards and procedures, as necessary. - Attends BIM coordination meetings and maintains appropriate communications with all appropriate parties as needed. Makes plan changes according to feedback received. - Builds strong, effective relationships with customers, foremen, project team, specialty contractors, vendors, suppliers, user groups, and others that reflect and support the Company's core values and meet or exceed the customer's expectations. - Participates in electrical construction-related training to maintain a high level of proficiency and updated technical skills. - Provides communications, mentoring, training, and teambuilding to staff and other co-workers as needed. Coaches employees and provides performance feedback regularly. Qualifications - Associate degree or equivalent work experience in building information modeling (BIM), engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 5-6 years of BIM modeling experience. - Experience and proficiency using Revit, Autodesk, Bluebeam software, and Microsoft Office. Experience using Evolve software is a plus. - Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code, safety codes, and best practices. Skills to read, interpret, and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications. - Basic project management training, experience, and skills.
