Role Description The Manager, Implementations is responsible for managing a team of implementation professionals and providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure high-quality delivery across all client projects. This leader will serve as a trusted subject matter expert on COB implementation strategy, helping clients successfully adopt complex healthcare data exchange solutions while mentoring implementation team members supporting both COB and non-COB products. This position requires an ability to assess the needs of clients during the implementation process and to lead the solutioning process at DataSpring. The Manager, Implementations is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Implementations.
