DataSpring

Role Description The Manager, Implementations is responsible for managing a team of implementation professionals and providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure high-quality delivery across all client projects. Additionally, they will lead and coordinate client implementations of new DataSpring solutions, with a primary focus on Coordination of Benefits (COB) implementations while also supporting other DataSpring solution implementations as business needs require. This leader will serve as a trusted subject matter expert on COB implementation strategy, helping clients successfully adopt complex healthcare data exchange solutions while mentoring implementation team members supporting both COB and non-COB products. This position requires an ability to assess the needs of clients during the implementation process and to lead the solutioning process at DataSpring. This position interacts with and is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue realization, and long-term growth in line with DataSpring goals. The Manager, Implementations is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Implementations. Qualifications - Strong understanding of Coordination of Benefits (COB), payer operations, healthcare data exchange, eligibility workflows, or related healthcare administrative processes. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication skills with the ability to effectively move the client through the implementation process. - Ability to synthesize client needs and present DataSpring Solutions in a responsive manner. - Ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly without reduction in quality. - Strong attention to detail and desire to provide resolution ensuring client satisfaction. - Ability to experience negative results and yet retain and sustain focus, professionalism, and enthusiasm for work and DataSpring products over an extended period. - Ability to interact, cooperate, and work closely with all levels of internal and external colleagues. - Ability to work independently and sustain a high level of motivation and enthusiasm. - Possesses a strong work ethic and desire to contribute individually, to the team, and organization. - Fully proficient with current CRM software as well as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requirements - 5+ years of experience implementing COB, payer operations, eligibility, claims, enrollment, provider data management, or other healthcare administrative technology solutions. - Demonstrated understanding of healthcare payer workflows, healthcare data exchange, or administrative transactions, with the ability to translate complex business processes into successful client implementations. - Experience supporting software developers and technical teams in client organizations as they adopt new solutions. - Experience managing and developing a team, including performance coaching, workload oversight, and supporting professional growth. - B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field required.
