Job Requirements

- Extensive multi-store management experience in apparel, footwear, related industries.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage expenses effectively.

Role Description The Manager, Implementations is responsible for managing a team of implementation professionals and providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure high-quality delivery across all client projects. Additionally, they will lead and coordinate client implementations of new DataSpring solutions, with a primary focus on Coordination of Benefits (COB) implementations while also supporting other DataSpring solution implementations as business needs require. This leader will serve as a trusted subject matter expert on COB implementation strategy, helping clients successfully adopt complex healthcare data exchange solutions while mentoring implementation team members supporting both COB and non-COB products. This position requires an ability to assess the needs of clients during the implementation process and to lead the solutioning process at DataSpring. This position interacts with and is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue realization, and long-term growth in line with DataSpring goals. The Manager, Implementations is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Implementations.
