Role Description The Manager, Implementations is responsible for managing a team of implementation professionals and providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure high-quality delivery across all client projects. Additionally, they will lead and coordinate client implementations of new DataSpring solutions, with a primary focus on Coordination of Benefits (COB) implementations while also supporting other DataSpring solution implementations as business needs require. This leader will serve as a trusted subject matter expert on COB implementation strategy, helping clients successfully adopt complex healthcare data exchange solutions while mentoring implementation team members supporting both COB and non-COB products.
