Customer Service Agent
Pet Media Group (PMG)
• As a Trust & Safety Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for daily communication with our users and stakeholders on Pets4Homes and Lancaster Puppies, our UK and US-based marketplaces. • Your daily tasks will include moderating listings and providing customer support via email. • You should be able to consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, team moderation targets, and quality standards. • We are looking for a remote team member who is available to work up to 40 hours per week for a long-term project covering evenings (CET) and ALMOST ALL weekends. • IMPORTANT: You must be able to work at least three weekends per month.
Job Requirements
- Passionate about animal welfare and pets
- Being able to provide excellent Customer Support
- Fluent business English (written and spoken)
- Fluent business German is a BIG plus!
- A proactive and independent mindset
- The ability to challenge existing processes in order to raise the bar both for user happiness and animal welfare

• Identify and purchase salvage on behalf of IAA • Provide competitive bids on salvage to maximize auction profits • Verify correct title documents for sale • Mentor new CSR’s and assist in escalated customer service situations • Perform management duties in absence of Supervisor or Manager • Work with provider management to resolve disputes
• Answer inbound customer service calls and make some outbound follow up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner. Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons. • Ascertain the reason for the call and assist the caller with their questions, concerns or problems with the focus on first call resolution. Facilitate resolution by referring the matter to the issue/content expert.
