Buscamos una persona con mentalidad hunter, organizada y con ganas de aprender, capaz de identificar ecommerce con alto potencial, generar oportunidades cualificadas y abrir puertas para que el equipo comercial pueda construir relaciones de valor. No buscamos un perfil de venta masiva. Buscamos una persona capaz de investigar cuentas, entender negocios ecommerce y generar conversaciones de calidad. Qualifications - 2-3 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de negocio, prospección o generación de oportunidades. - Interés real por el ecommerce, la tecnología y el negocio digital. - Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal. - Capacidad para generar conversaciones de valor con potenciales clientes. - Organización, disciplina y constancia para mantener una actividad prospectiva recurrente. - Mentalidad comercial, orientación a objetivos y ganas de crecer. - Curiosidad para investigar sectores, empresas, marcas y nuevas oportunidades. - Actitud proactiva, energía positiva y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía en remoto. Requirements - Experiencia previa como SDR, BDR o perfil de prospección comercial. - Experiencia en entornos SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, logística, fulfillment o servicios B2B digitales. - Manejo de CRM o herramientas de gestión de clientes. - Experiencia realizando prospección por LinkedIn, email, teléfono o eventos. - Capacidad para trabajar con métricas comerciales: actividad, conversión, reuniones generadas y oportunidades cualificadas. Role Description The Benefits Platform Representative helps manage the online system that employees use to sign up for and manage their benefits—like health insurance, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This person makes sure everything runs smoothly on the platform, answers employee questions, works with insurance providers, and helps make sure the company follows all the rules. - Keep the Benefits System Up to Date: Make sure employee information is correct in the system and up-to-date accordingly to each account and carrier policy. - Work with Insurance Companies: Talk to outside providers (like health insurance companies) to fix any issues or make updates. - Support During Open Enrollment: Help prepare the system for open enrollment (when employees choose their benefits for the next year), including testing and communicating with staff to ensure everything is accurate regarding the plans, policies, and prices of each carrier. - Check for Mistakes: Regularly review the system to make sure all the information is accurate and up to date. - Create Reports: Pull data and create reports to help the HR team and the carriers understand who is enrolled and what benefits are being used, and that deductions are correct for each of the employees. - Suggest Improvements: Look for ways to make the system easier for employees and HR to use.
