Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join our team to drive business growth across North America. This individual will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, setting up qualified meetings, and contributing to the sales pipeline by connecting with technology leaders who require software development, AI-driven solutions, and cloud consulting services. Qualifications - Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Services & AI Solutions - Required Experience: 5-10 years - Educational Qualification: MBA, BA/BS degree, or relevant educational background. - Location/Availability: North America (Remote). Must be available to work in PST/CST timezones to align with North American business hours. Requirements - Prospect & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and reach out via LinkedIn to engage potential clients. - Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, understand their pain points, and qualify leads based on fit. - Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings with prospects for the sales team. - Follow-up & Nurturing: Maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and nurture campaigns. - CRM Management: Update and manage leads in Zoho CRM to track outreach efforts and pipeline status. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. - Achieve Targets: Proven track record of consistently delivering target number of qualified meetings every month and demonstrated ability to meet/exceed monthly sales meeting quotas.
