Role Description The Business Transformation Office (BTO) partners with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to simplify how Elastic operates and help our global go-to-market organization scale. As a Business Transformation Program Analyst, you will support projects from intake through delivery, coordinating Salesforce enhancement requests, gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and partnering with business stakeholders and IT to deliver scalable solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and guiding operational improvements. What You'll Do - Coordinate the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement requests. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and clarify business needs. - Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations and IT delivery teams. - Track project timelines, action items, risks, and key operational metrics. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and change management activities. - Create process documentation, training materials, and user communications. - Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve business processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Process Improvement, or Technology Implementation. - Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform. - Knowledge with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet. - Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills. - Great communication skills. - Organized and solid analytical skills. - Experience documenting business processes is a plus.
