Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development. - Experience with Entity Framework Core. - Strong SQL Server experience, including database design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning. - Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and gRPC services. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and high-quality software development practices. - Experience contributing to modern web application user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, Blazor, or similar technologies. - Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. - Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while improving engineering productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation. - Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improving engineering practices.
