• Build and maintain backend services in Kotlin for our product platform • Design and implement interfaces between internal components and public clients (REST/gRPC/Kafka) • Implement new features end-to-end together with the team (design discussion → implementation → rollout) • Develop backend for our landing page, with interactive gamification features • Work with machines in our data center, as well as cloud platform on AWS • Help improve reliability and performance (monitoring, caching, availability) with guidance from the team • Be part of a collaborative, cross-domain product team, closely cooperating with other Kotlin developers, as well as AI specialists. • Learn and grow through pairing, code reviews, and mentoring

• Watching and analyzing EA FC 26, NBA 2K 26, Cricket 25, Madden NFL 26, Counter-Strike 2 and DOTA 2 matches in real-time to create and adjust betting odds • Applying knowledge of one or more titles to create more accurate betting odds • Post-match analysis of played matches for the purpose of creating and adjusting betting odds • Cooperation with the department of mathematicians in order to improve mathematical models and trading applications • Contributing to the development of new projects from the world of sports simulators and esports

• Drives timelines across all startups and projects, partnering with C-level owners to ensure key deliverables are completed on time and do not fall through the cracks. • Rigorously monitors unfinished items from leadership discussions, ensuring every initiative has a clear owner and a definitive deadline. • Acts as the primary filter for operational bottlenecks, resolving challenges independently and escalating only fully-briefed, strategic options to the CEO. • Bridges the gap between high-level strategy and reality, ensuring new workflows, internal policies, or org chart changes are actively embedded into daily practice. • Designs and governs the agendas for meetings chaired by the CEO, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and high-value materials are prepared for decision-making. • Owns the post-meeting execution loop; translates leadership decisions into actionable ownership and systematically holds senior stakeholders accountable throughout the week to maintain momentum. • Acts as an extension of the CEO, clearly cascading operational directives to the leadership team and alignment across business units.

• Strategic Analysis & Business Cases: Conducting deep-market research and building robust business cases for new initiatives across the Realms Group holding (going far beyond just Oddin.gg). • Strategic Synthesis: Operating at the intersection of business objectives and deep customer insights. You will translate user needs into rigorous, data-backed tactical proposals and high-level strategic roadmaps that drive growth across the holding. • AI-First Execution: You are an AI-native strategist using Claude, Antigravity, and frontier services as your primary engine for scale. We expect expert-level prompting to automate research, data synthesis, and content generation. You will compress weeks of work into hours, ensuring the Founder’s office operates at an exponential pace. • The "Translator" Role: Acting as the bridge between the Founder and the product/technical teams. You will check feasibility, align roadmaps, and ensure strategic intent isn't lost in execution. • High-Stakes Communication: Preparing C-level and Board-ready presentations, investment decks, and strategic briefs. You won't just make the slides; you will craft the narrative. • Market Intelligence: Scanning the horizon for M&A opportunities, competitive shifts, and emerging tech within the gaming and betting space.

• Design and maintain ingestion & transformation flows (dbt, SQL, Python). • Build reliable pipelines from ETLs, CDC, APIs, CSVs, and event streams into analytical models. • Ensure deduplication and data integrity for BI reporting. • Develop semantic and analytical models (fact/dimension tables, star/snowflake schemas). • Optimize query performance in BI warehouse (currently Athena with Iceberg but in the future maybe ClickHouse, Redshift, BigQuery or Starrocks). • Implement versioned entities and audit trails for business data. • Build pre-aggregations and semantic layers (Cube, dbt metrics and models). • Support dashboards and client-facing reports in Grafana. • Design KPIs and metrics with product, risk, and operations teams. • Implement validation checks (dbt tests, Pydantic). • Monitor data freshness, pipeline SLAs, and dashboard accuracy. • Set up alerts and documentation for business users. • Work closely with analysts, product managers, and operations to understand BI needs. • Expose data via APIs/semantic layers for self-service exploration. • Contribute to the design of rules for reporting policies and metric definitions.

• Own UX end-to-end: research → concept → prototypes → user testing → iteration • Design simple experiences for complex data • Define and refine flows for: Match & tournament pages Player & team profiles News & content discovery Onboarding + gamification • Work closely with PM, data team, and FE engineers (Next.js / React) • Conduct UX research, interviews, usability tests • Transform insights into clear product decisions • Advocate for users while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities • Bring new ideas — creativity is welcome

• Design, operate, and harden the live AV pipeline (ingest → transport → packaging → CDN delivery) across multiple clouds and regions • Collaborate with teams for delivery across AWS and Tencent Cloud • Configure and debug major CDNs and understand cache management strategies • Develop backend services in Go and Python, ensuring low-latency and effective tooling • Manage networking fundamentals and packet-level debugging to maintain infrastructure • Incorporate streaming concepts and security measures into the pipeline • Ensure service reliability for 24/7 live services at scale

• Work efficiently with BI tools to extract and interpret data. • Monitor and analyze the performance of our products and portfolio. • Profile bettor behavior to detect patterns, risks, and anomalies. • Monitor upcoming wagers and investigate suspicious matches to safeguard sports integrity. • Work closely with the trading team and other internal departments. • Maintain proactive, daily communication with our clients. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare clear, concise reports.

• Own product marketing for our fast betting content vertical • Shape positioning that resonates both with operators and their end users • Define and communicate the end-user experience — what makes it engaging, repeatable, and commercially strong • Work closely with Product, Content, and Design to bring experiences to life • Lead go-to-market strategies with a strong focus on storytelling and user engagement • Create marketing narratives that show how the product feels, not just what it does • Develop assets that help operators understand how this drives retention and revenue • Collaborate with Commercial teams to align on monetization and adoption strategies • Explore new ways to showcase products (demos, video, interactive formats, AI-driven experiences)

• Own product marketing for our esports offering across all B2B touchpoints • Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and value propositions for sportsbook operators • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling commercial narratives • Partner closely with Sales to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and refine ICP targeting • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and market expansions • Build and maintain core PMM assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, sales enablement, website messaging) • Deeply understand competitors and continuously sharpen our differentiation • Work with Product and Trading teams to bring customer insights into product development • Support enterprise deals with tailored messaging and strategic storytelling • Drive consistency across all external communication (web, events, PR, partnerships)
