As a Pharmacy Program Manager, you will lead client programs that connect strategy to execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical clients and internal teams, using data, insight, and collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes. - Lead the performance and success of specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring strong results across key metrics such as turnaround time, adherence, and conversion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients and reimbursement hubs, building trusted partnerships and delivering a seamless experience. - Turn data into action by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and driving process improvements that enhance program outcomes. - Anticipate client needs and proactively address risks, delays, and service gaps to maintain program health. - Guide issue resolution and escalations with a focus on clarity, speed, and positive outcomes. - Communicate program performance clearly, providing stakeholders with meaningful updates, insights, and recommendations. - Lead presentations, business reviews, and meetings to share progress, align on priorities, and showcase program value. - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, account teams, and clinical partners to ensure alignment and execution. - Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement and acting as a change agent. - Represent specialty pharmacy programs professionally in all client interactions, ensuring clear and thoughtful communication. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED. - 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare operations. - 2+ years of client, account, or program management experience. - Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with specialty pharmacy systems or tools (e.g., RxHome, CSP). - Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including building presentations and dashboards. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external partners. - Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems. - Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and support change initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
